Using the new Support Centre

Welcome to the new Support Centre!

In order to familiarise yourself with the new platform, we have compiled a few tips:

1. For faster support, please ensure you log in before submitting a request. You can submit support requests by logging into your billing account at

2. Check our knowledgebase PRIOR to submitting a request. We have documented all of our most common requests in easy to follow tutorials, with screenshots. You will have your issue resolved faster if you check these tutorials.

3. As always, please do not submit multiple tickets for the same issue, or follow up on by sending "ping" messages to the ticket as this will cause your ticket to fall to the bottom of the queue again.
