Refund Policy

Wombat Servers PTY LTD complies with all Australian Consumer laws.

As a Wombat Servers customer, you are entitled to a refund with no questions asked under the following circumstances:
  • a refund may be requested within 24 hours of purchase, via a ticket to the Accounts & Billing Department, unless the service has been upgraded.
For other circumstances, a customer may apply to the Accounts & Billing Department for a refund at any time. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Wombat Servers PTY LTD, and in compliance with Australian Consumer laws.
